We’re looking for a Lab Analyst to join our Science team in Piracicaba. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our laboratory operations, ensuring that analytical processes are executed with precision, consistency, and scientific rigor to support InPlanet’s mission of large-scale carbon removal.

You will play a critical role in running lab equipment, preparing and analyzing samples, and contributing to the development of new analytical methods. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and curious: someone who enjoys both following protocols and improving them.

Your work connects our field operations to scientific validation. By generating reliable, high-quality data, you help ensure that our CO₂ removal measurements are credible and scalable.
This role goes beyond executing lab routines: you will own the quality of lab outputs, troubleshoot challenges, and help evolve our analytical capabilities as we grow.

The reason behind our salary range being wide or undefined at the first stages of the interview is because of our international presence and globally distributed workforce, we utilize geo ranges to account for varying pay differentials, forming a crucial part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive across diverse markets as we expand our reach.
These ranges are determined by role, level, and location, recognizing the nuanced demands of each market. The actual base pay for the selected candidate is influenced by factors such as location, skills, experience, training, business requirements, and market dynamics, with the range subject to potential adjustments in alignment with our commitment to fairness and transparency.
